Sean Kinn's Overseas Fast Food Diet
By sean kinn
To get started, visit your local grocery store, but do it quickly and limit yourself to the aisles that have fruits, vegetables, white meats, dairy products, and whole grain breads.
After your trip to the grocery store, drop everything off on a kitchen counter at your home, then put on some quality running shoes and go for a long, fast-paced walk.
After your walk, plop down on your living room floor and spend a half hour to an hour doing some quality stretches. Don't spend too much time doing each stretch, or you may fall asleep. Stretching is not strenuous, but the benefits are incredible. If you're into yoga, do that instead.
You can cook some healthy food now, but do it quickly. Bang some pots and pans around, but don't fry anything. Eat quickly, too, but chew each bite thoroughly.
Depending on what time of day it is, either take a quick nap or conk out for the night. Try to go to bed early, and if you don't already have a nightly routine, establish one. You sleep less hours but are more rested in the morning if you go to bed earlier than most people. Let the thought of your newfound Fast Food Diet pull you along - because it's exciting to think about.
Wake up. Repeat. Don't forget to do everything quickly because more movement burns more calories.
Once a year, on your birthday, visit a fastfood restaurant and totally pig out. You can break the speed limit while driving there by driving 1 mile-an-hour faster than the speed limit. You'll be fine afterwards, just make sure you enforce the Fast Food Diet on yourself the other 364 days in the year.
If you're stuck with a bunch of Fast Food restaurants around your place of work, take small plastic containers with the cooked healthy food you bought at the grocery store. If you see a Fast Food restaurant on your way home from work, drive past it quickly.
